About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Dockhand to join our Canberra operations. This is a hands‑on, operational role supporting the efficient handling, movement, and tracking of freight within our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

Assisting with Datacentre & Site to Site deliveries

Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently

Sorting, handling, and staging freight for dispatch and delivery

Scanning freight using COPE’s track and trace system

Operating warehouse equipment such as, pallet jacks, and trolleys

Following safety procedures and operating tools to ensure efficient workflows

Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements

What You Will Bring To This Role A strong work ethic and a self‑motivated approach





Flexibility with working hours and operational requirements

Experience in the freight industry or removals environment is preferred but not essential

Confidence in adapting to current systems and technology

Good physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasksAttention to detail, including working with paperwork and consignment notes

Licences such as forklift or white card are desirable but not essential
