East Gippsland Shire Council is seeking a Landfill Plant Operator to support the Bairnsdale Landfill on a 0.71 EFT, limited tenure position from December 2026 to December 2027, based at the Bairnsdale Landfill. You will work 7 days on, 7 days off, with weekend work in office.
You will safely operate heavy plant and equipment, manage disposal and diversion of waste, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on safety and customer service is essential.
