Veolia in Sydney is seeking a Rewards & Analytics Manager to lead compensation, benefits and people analytics for Australia & Current Zealand. In Pyrmont, you will guide salary structuring, benchmarking and benefit programs while aligning with Veolia's global framework and local laws.

You will manage a small team, partner with HR and the French head office, and drive governance of data in the HRIS (SuccessFactors) to support informed business decisions and improve pay equity across the region.
