Explorers Early Learning is seeking a dedicated leader to drive quality, safety and compliance across our Armstrong Creek centre. You will mentor educators, foster exceptional learning environments and champion child-protected practices aligned with the NQF, EYLF and other standards.
You will coach teams with empathy, lead by example, and partner with senior leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports families and the wider community.
