Support the smooth and accurate operation of parcel fulfilment, inventory, carrier coordination, systems and data processes, and customer service. This role will also oversee Shopify order auditing and day-to-day Shopify management to help ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a reliable service.
Manage and oversee layby department and processing of laybys.
On occasion to assist with the live stream sales as a Brand assistant to the live seller to process the payment links to the customers. Some digital marketing tasks may be involved.
Key responsibilities
- Pack parcels accurately and efficiently for dispatch
- Manage order fulfilment from order receipt through to shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Coordinate carrier management and support timely deliveries
- Maintain and review systems and data to support operational accuracy
- Provide responsive customer service and resolve order-related enquiries
- Audit Shopify orders to identify and correct errors or discrepancies
- Manage Shopify processes, information and day-to-day administration
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with order fulfilment, inventory management or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Shopify and online order management
- Positive organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with systems, data and delivery carriers
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
