Mueller College Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator for a permanent, full-time position commencing 11 January 2027.

About us

Mueller College Early Learning Centre is a ministry of Mueller Community Church. It is co-located with the church, Mueller College (approximately 1,800 students from Prep to Year 12), and Peninsula Palms (Retirement Village and Residential Care Facility) in Rothwell on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

The mission of Mueller College Early Learning Centre is to support families by providing for their children a friendly, safe, nurturing Christian environment. In the pursuit of excellence in education and care, the Centre seeks to foster the children’s love of learning, equipping them with the foundations for lifelong learning.

The Centre caters for children from six weeks of age through to the Kindergarten year and operates Monday to Friday, 6.00am–6.00pm, for 50 weeks of the year.

About you

You will bring

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or a Certificate III and currently working towards a Diploma).
- Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- The ability to lead, support and work collaboratively with a team of educators.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and early childhood development.
- Good communication, organisation and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development.





You will also hold a current Queensland Blue Card and the required first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications, or be willing to obtain any outstanding qualifications. Importantly, you will have a personal commitment to Christian faith and a desire to work within a Christian learning setting.
