The Opportunity
This role offers a unique blend of employee relations case management with industrial relations exposure. You will support leaders across a diverse workforce, providing expert advice on employee relations matters while also contributing to enterprise bargaining and broader industrial relations activities.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Managing a range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace investigations
- Providing advice on employment legislation, workplace policies and industrial instruments
- Supporting enterprise bargaining preparation and negotiations
- Interpreting and applying enterprise agreements, awards and employment legislation
- Engaging with unions and key stakeholders
- Assisting with the implementation of industrial relations strategies and outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with leaders across the organisation
About You We are keen to speak with professionals who bring experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or HR partnering within an operational workforce workplace.
You may currently be working as an:
- Employee Relations Advisor
- Industrial Relations Advisor
- HR Business Partner
- HR Advisor with strong ER exposure
