This full time permanent role covers the following sites:

- Mon & Tues - Capalaba
- Wed - Macleay Island & Dunwich (Nth Stradbroke) alternating weeks
- Thu & Fri - Redland Bay

On site hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:

- Coach and motivate participants to achieve employment goals
- Build relationships with local employers
- Support people before and after they start work
- Celebrate real outcomes that make a difference

You’ll thrive if you:

- Have a driver’s licence and basic computer skills
