BetaBoard in Queensland is seeking a Delivery Performance Manager to lead our delivery operations, optimise fleet performance and ensure safe, timely deliveries across our five stores.
This hands-on role carries P&L; responsibility for the delivery function, with a focus on cost control, route efficiency and continuous improvement.
You will guide drivers and offsiders, coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse teams, monitor performance data and drive protected, reliable service.
