Feros Care is recruiting a Wellbeing Manager to support older Australians at home across the Illawarra region, including Nowra to Ulladulla and surroundings. You’ll leverage care management experience and the Support at Home program to coordinate tailored supports, build meaningful relationships and help clients live well in their own homes.
The role offers permanent part-time hours (3 weekdays) with a travel allowance and not-for-profit benefits, plus a focus on adaptable, autonomous service
