Crescent Care Foundation is seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and shape our Positive Behaviour Support service in South Western Sydney. You will deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants, conduct FBAs and develop comprehensive plans, lodging reports via the NDIS portal and coordinating with coordinators and allied health.

You will train families and staff, monitor outcomes, and contribute to growing our behaviour support team.
