The Role:

You will start as a field-based, face-to-face Sales Associate, working across the residential and business-to-business sectors, representing Australia’s biggest brands across Melbourne.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Winning recent customers through face-to-face conversations
- Working towards daily and weekly individual and team targets, with incentives for hitting them
- Delivering a premier experience to every customer
- Building your skills with ongoing coaching
