About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Ester Spirits Melbourne Pop Up staff members to join us for our upcoming pop-up event in Melbourne VIC 3000. This is a casual position that offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting brand activation whilst delivering exceptional hospitality. You will be at the forefront of our brand experience, engaging with guests and showcasing our premium spirits in an intimate and welcoming environment.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming guests to the retail space with warmth and enthusiasm
- Serving and promoting Ester Spirits products to visitors, providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Preparing and presenting drinks to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Engaging guests in conversation about our spirits, distilling process, and brand story
- Processing payments and managing cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area throughout service
- Supporting the team to create a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees




- Following health and safety protocols and responsible service of alcohol guidelines

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in hospitality, bar, or events environments is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for connecting with people
- A positive attitude and ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work the scheduled pop-up hours
- Basic knowledge of spirits and cocktails, or willingness to quickly learn about our products
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Responsible approach to the service of alcohol
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
