Sleeper Wall Constructions is a specialist in building concrete sleeper retaining walls across South East Queensland. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.

As we continue to grow we're looking for multiple Labourers / Operators to join our posting and building crews across large civil developments, with both casual and full time positions available.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install concrete H-posts and assist with retaining wall construction
- Operate excavators/skid steers for pier holes, augering, and rock drilling
- Read and follow engineering plans
- Maintain site safety and support daily team coordination
- Manage material deliveries and assist with quality assurance tasks (iPad provided)

What You’ll Need





- Valid Driver’s Licence & White Card
- Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer & Dogging (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in construction or civil works
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team culture
