We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators, Formwork Carpenters and Skilled / Ticketed Labourers for a busy construction project across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

Consistent work is available through to Christmas for reliable, experienced candidates who can hit the ground running.

Positions Available

Excavator Operators – 10 to 30 Tonne

We are seeking highly experienced operators who are confident across all aspects of excavation works, not just bulk earthworks or loading trucks.

Applicants must have extensive hands-on experience with:

- Operating 10–30 tonne excavators across bulk and detailed excavation works.
- Site cuts, ground slab preparation, footing excavations and trenching to required depths and levels.
- Working with GPS systems, laser levels and site plans to achieve accurate excavation levels.
- Excavating around existing underground services, structures and restricted areas.
- Handling various ground conditions, including clay, rock, crushed rock and general fill.
- Backfilling, spreading, trimming and preparing surfaces to specified levels.
- Working independently and completing detailed excavation works accurately with minimal supervision.

Formwork Carpenters We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters with a strong background in commercial and structural formwork, including:

- Installation and fixing of Bondek decking systems.




- Working with LVLs, bearers, joists, propping and structural support systems.
- Construction of suspended decks, slabs, beams, columns and walls.
- Formwork set-out, installation, stripping and back-propping.
- Ability to read structural drawings and work independently.
- Confident using hand and power tools across all aspects of formwork construction.

Skilled Formwork Labourers / Ticketed Labourers

- Previous formwork or structural construction experience.
- Assisting with installation, stripping and general site duties.
- Must be physically capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting materials up to 25kg, using safe handling practices.
- Reliable, hardworking and comfortable with physically demanding work.

Essential Requirements

- Valid White Card and relevant tickets / qualifications.
- Carpentry trade Qualification (Formwork)
- Valid and Current Excavator Ticket
- Proven experience in your respective role.
- Reliable transport and solid work ethic.
- Available for immediate starts.
