The Hilton Hotel is seeking enthusiastic, experienced and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our restaurant and functions team.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

The ideal candidates will demonstrate:

- A minimum of 2 years' relevant table service experience in restaurant, bar and/or function operations.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a sound understanding of professional service standards.
- Previous experience delivering private functions, corporate events and special occasions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high service standards.
- Confidence in handling guest enquiries, group bookings and function requirements.
- An understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety (WHS), and responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality.

- Responding to guest enquiries and providing accurate information about our venue, services and facilities.
- Delivering attentive and effective food and beverage service.
- Processing cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Ensuring the front-of-house areas are clean, tidy and well presented.
- Assisting with restaurant operations and function setups as required.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
