Mansell Taylor Consulting is seeking an Engineering Lead to head a five-person software team while remaining roughly 80% hands-on. You will work directly with the CEO to guide the ongoing development of an established customer-facing platform and current products.
You will design, build and deliver software, coach developers and drive engineering excellence across APIs, integrations and scalable systems. Based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid work pattern, you’ll stay close to code and strategy.
