Are you a people person who enjoys a chat, loves helping customers and wants to build a long-term career? Durawall is a privately owned Australian manufacturer of premium concrete retaining walls and related products, supplying the building and landscaping industry since 2010. We’re looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join our Acacia Ridge office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a business from the ground up and grow into a more senior role over time.

What you’ll be doing

- Talking with builders, landscapers and homeowners by phone and email, and building strong ongoing relationships
- Preparing and sending quotes, then following them up to win the work
- Supporting the sales process from first enquiry through to order and delivery
- Keeping records up to date in Excel and MYOB
- Learning our product range and all areas of the business, with the chance to take on more responsibility as you grow

About you





- Sales-focused, with a friendly, engaging personality
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people, especially on the phone
- Organised, reliable and good at following things through
- Honest, with strong values and a positive attitude
- Able to use Excel and MYOB (or quick to learn)
- Keen to learn, develop and build a career with us
- Interest in building, construction or landscaping is a bonus but not required
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential)

What we offer

- $60,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience
- Early finish at 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekends off
- A supportive team and hands-on product and sales training
- Transparent opportunities to progress into a senior role
