responsibilities Identify clients' needs and develop appropriate support and educational programs. Conduct client assessments and evaluate their circumstances and challenges. Monitor client progress and maintain relevant reports.

Refer clients to suitable support services and community organisations. Identify community needs and available welfare resources. Coordinate with government agencies, community groups and service providers.





Provide family support and care for children and individuals with disabilities. Assist young people in addressing social, emotional and financial challenges. Prepare funding applications, submissions and reports for relevant authorities.

Qualification &

experience AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience in related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in related position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
