Business Manager – Automotive Stewart Toyota Sutherland

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Business Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, maximising finance and insurance opportunities and contributing to the ongoing success of our dealership.

We are also open to experienced Automotive Sales Consultants looking to take the next step in their career and transition into Finance & Insurance. For the right person, we are happy to provide the training, guidance and support needed to succeed.

About the Role

- Manage the end-to-end Finance & Insurance process.
- Present and promote finance, insurance and vehicle protection products to customers.
- Work closely with the New and Used Vehicle Sales Teams to maximise finance and insurance opportunities.
- Manage finance applications from initial submission through to settlement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders and finance partners.
- Ensure all finance and insurance processes meet regulatory, compliance and manufacturer requirements.
- Consistently achieve finance penetration, product sales and performance targets.
- Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:




- Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance experience, or a solid automotive sales background with a desire to move into F&I.;
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a high-performing sales team.
- A strong understanding of customer service and compliance.
- The ambition and motivation to develop their career within the automotive industry.
