Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking an autonomous and administrative Finance Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the team

- Coach, mentor and train team members to build capability and confidence

Own the reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including the balance sheet, P&L; and internal management reports
- Oversee month-end processes and ensure the integrity of financial results
- Manage year-end statutory reporting, tax returns and treasury reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation and financial regulations

Drive the business forward
- Manage Group cash flow, prepare forecasts and provide cash flow analytics
- Support the development of short to long-term business plans, budgets and forecasts
- Identify efficiencies and cost savings across the business
- Champion process improvements and system enhancements




- Build financial literacy across the organisation

What We're Looking For:

- Extensive experience as a Finance Manager
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
- People management experience
- Ability to think strategically and translate this into successful financial outcomes for our organisation
- Excellent communication and management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Experience working in Construction/Property preferred but not essential
