About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join the team to provide financial accounting services to allocated Oliver Hume Group entities.

Some duties will include

- Responsible for end to end financial accounting for allocated entities and divisions within the group including end of month, balance sheet management and P&L; preparation.

- Required to produce accurate and timely divisional Monthly Reporting including an analytical narrative comparing to budgets or forecasts

- Assist preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for divisions of responsibility.

- Financial accounting and reporting system maintenance and administration for allocated entities

- Monitoring of systems and procedures to seek out efficiency whilst maintaining accuracy.

- Assist in annual audit and preparation of any information required.

- Contribute to the development of junior Finance team members

About the Person The successful candidate will have:





- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.

- CA or CPA qualified.

- At least 5 years previous experience in a Financial Accounting role

- Experience working within the Property / Real Estate Industry (Desirable)

- Demonstrated Netsuite system experience (Desirable)

- Advanced MS Excel Skills

- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and numeracy skills

- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work to meet deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with a range of stakeholders
