Location: Carlton

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 package

Role:Joining as a Finishes Supervisor, you will lead the completion of a $42m apartment project in Carlton. Supported by an experienced Senior Site Manager & Project Manager, you will manage the fit out and services of a 15 level apartment project.

This company prides themselves on developing their team internally and ensuring promotions are within reaching distance, so you will have the ability to develop into a Site Manager in the near future.

This project is due for practical completion in August 2027, with a guaranteed pipeline of apartments, social housing, student accommodation and commercial office projects in the forecast for 2027/28.

Requirements:To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

- A trade background




- Demonstrative experience as a Site Supervisor/ Manager working on multi level construction projects up to 15 levels.
- Demonstrative experience working in the Tier 2/3 construction industry and on projects greater than $30m.
- An eye for detail, finishes supervision experience is essential.
- A hard working, willing attitude to put the team first and work collaboratively to achieve excellence.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
