Representative, Trade Merchandiser (casual)- Ethnic Retail Grocery The duties of the Representative, Trade Merchandiser - Ethnic Retail Grocery include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities To implement and maintain in-store marketing and merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and strengthen brand presence. This includes but not limited to coordinating in store trade marketing activities, replenishing stock , assisting market research in-store and collaborating with Trade marketing team to optimize retail execution.

1. Trade Marketing Execution a. Execute in-store merchandising requirements aligned with brand and trade marketing plans to maximize product exposure and visibility.

b. Assist in setting up display according to brand guidelines and ensure compliancy during the campaign period c. Ensure POS (Point of Sale) materials, displays, and promotional setups comply with brand guidelines.

d. Ensure proper placement of products in accordance with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.

e. Work closely with retail staff to secure prime product placement and visibility.

2. Retail & Inventory Management:

a.



Conduct store audits and maintenance to ensure stocks are placed appropriately at designated location during campaign period b. Conduct store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness, gather insights, and provide feedback for improvements.

c. Address out-of-stock issues with supervisor and improve replenishment.

3. Data & Reporting:

a. Track and report on promotional performance, store feedback, parallel imports, market intelligence and competitor activities.

b. Provide feedback to Supervisor on retailer needs and execution challenges.

4. Other Duties a. Support other sales and trade related duties upon request when necessary.

Requirements:

- Chinese speaking (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Valid Australian Working Rights
- Valid Driver's licence
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- A sense of visual merchandising is advantageous
