The Ranch is looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House / Café All

Rounders to join our team for the busy summer holiday season, with ongoing casual work available beyond summer!

This hands-on role involves providing great customer service, preparing coffees and drinks, taking orders and helping keep our café running smoothly.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, thrive in a busy café environment and bring a positive attitude to every shift.

About the role

● Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service.

● Take food and drink orders and process payments through our POS system.

● Prepare and serve coffees, hot drinks, milkshakes and other beverages.

● Run food and drinks to tables efficiently and accurately.

● Clear, clean and reset tables throughout service.

● Keep the café and outdoor dining areas clean, tidy and welcoming.

● Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking and cleaning.

● Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

● Assist with general café duties and school camp catering when required.

About you

● Previous experience in a café, hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

● Barista experience is highly regarded.

● Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers.





● Able to multitask and stay organised during busy periods.

● Reliable, punctual and willing to take initiative.

● A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

● Happy to get involved and help wherever needed.

Hours and availability

● Casual positions available.

Positive availability over the summer school holidays is essential.

● Weekend shifts available throughout the year.

● Optional additional midweek shifts outside of school holidays, including assisting with school camp catering.

● Increased hours available during school holiday periods.

Ongoing casual employment opportunities beyond the summer season.

● Daytime-focused hours with no late nights.

Pay: $33.00 – $50.00 per hour
