The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team and help deliver the exceptional service Canterbury is known for. As one of the faces of our Club, you’ll interact with members and guests across a variety of exciting venues. No two shifts are the same. You’ll be part of a fast paced, dynamic setting where your personality, customer service skills, and passion for hospitality can truly shine.

Key Responsibilities

- Creating warm and memorable experiences by delivering outstanding service from the moment guests arrive until they leave.
- Sharing your knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and confidently recommending menu favourites, specials, and promotions.
- Building genuine connections with members and guests while delivering service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards across our venues.
- Working closely with your team to create a positive, supportive,



and high preforming workplace.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Club policies and hygiene standards.

About You You’re someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll bring

- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to creating great guest experiences.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous hospitality or club experience (highly regarded, but not essential).
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
- Availability to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends.
