In a dual-role, you will work within the Appointment Centre and provide cross-cover at Outpatients Reception Areas, developing a broad range of administrative and patient-facing skills.

You will help contact patients to arrange appointments, update and verify details, and assist in ensuring smooth patient flow from first contact to arrival for
