About us The Food Hub runs a fleet of food trucks across Sydney, serving corporate catering, festivals and private events. Menus include American BBQ, Birdman fried chicken and Tex-Mex. The role We're after a reliable full-time all-rounder who can drive our trucks to jobs and run service on site.

- Drive food trucks to and from events across Sydney - Set up, cook, serve and pack down at catering jobs and events - Thursdays based at our Lakemba kitchen for prep and truck maintenance - Event work through the rest of the week, varying days (weekends included) - Keep trucks clean, stocked and food-safe What you need - HR (Heavy Rigid) licence (must have) - Hospitality or food truck experience - Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred (we can help you get it) - Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings - This is our main role for you,
