We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can pick and pack trading card orders accurately at pace. Small differences between cards (set, edition, holo vs reverse holo, condition) can mean hundreds of dollars, so accuracy matters more than speed alone.

Ideal candidates will:-

- Have experience in warehouse, fulfilment, picking and packing, or ecommerce dispatch (preferred, not essential)
- Have an interest in or knowledge of trading card games such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! or One Piece, whether as a player or collector
- Understand card conditions and grading, or be keen to learn
- Be reliable and available for a full time, 38 hour per week roster, with flexibility for extra shifts during set releases and peak periods




- Be comfortable using computers for order systems and label printing
- Be able to stand, walk and lift up to 10kg throughout a shift
- Take care when handling high-value items such as graded slabs and consignment stock
- Live within a reasonable commute of our Parkwood warehouse on the Gold Coast
- Have full working rights in Australia

Customer service, retail or hobby store experience is a bonus. Most importantly, we want someone careful, consistent and genuinely interested in the hobby. We will train the right person.
