We're looking for a fun, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team at Aussie IT Services!
We're a computer sales and repair business with an awesome PC Gaming Zone, Nintendo gaming, children's birthday parties, school holiday programs and plenty of fun activities happening throughout the week.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
You don't need to be an IT expert, computer technician or professional gamer. We're looking for someone with a great personality, an interest in modern gaming and technology, and the confidence to get involved and have fun!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
PC GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT
- Helping customers enjoy our high-performance PC gaming systems and Nintendo gaming areas.
- Running gaming sessions, challenges, competitions and group activities.
- Helping new gamers get started and making sure everyone has a excellent time.
- Keeping our gaming areas organised and ready for action.
CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES & SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
- Helping host fun gaming birthday parties.
- Supervising gaming activities and keeping children entertained.
- Running games, competitions and interactive group activities.
- Helping organise and deliver our school holiday programs.
- Making sure everyone feels welcome and included.
IT SHOP, SALES & COMPUTER REPAIRS
- Assisting customers in our computer retail shop.
- Learning about computers, gaming hardware and accessories.
- Helping with basic computer repairs, upgrades and PC building.
- Assisting with shop displays, stock and everyday retail activities.
- Learning new technical skills from our experienced team.
NDIS COMPUTER CLUB We also run a friendly and inclusive Computer Club for NDIS participants who enjoy gaming, computers and technology.
Many of our participants are very capable and independent, with low support needs. Some are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD or are otherwise neurodivergent.
You'll help participants enjoy gaming, make friends, build confidence and participate in fun technology activities.
It's all about being welcoming, friendly, encouraging and helping people have a great time!
We don't provide personal care services.

- Full training provided to the successful applicant.
We can teach you about computers, repairs, gaming equipment and running activities.
What we're really looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn! FLEXIBLE HOURS – PERFECT FOR STUDENTS!
We're open 7 DAYS A WEEK – Monday to Sunday!
We offer flexible casual shifts and rostering to work around your availability.
- Flexible weekday and weekend shifts.
- After-school shifts may be available.
- Extra hours may be available during school holidays.
- Rostering around school, university and TAFE commitments.
- Perfect for students aged 16+, school leavers and young adults.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Eligible to obtain a Queensland Working with Children Blue Card.
- Eligible to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (formerly known as a Yellow Card), where required for the role.
- Able to satisfy relevant background and worker screening checks.
- Reliable, responsible and comfortable working with children and NDIS participants.
