Your new company

Hays Trades & Labour are currently seeking reliable Skilled and General Labourers for a variety of construction projects across the Gold Coast. With work available across high-rise developments, residential builds, duplexes and commercial sites, there are opportunities to suit different levels of experience.

Your new role

Depending on your experience and the type of project, your duties may include:

General site clean-up and keeping work areas tidy

Moving, loading and unloading building materials

Assisting carpenters and other trades on site

Using hand and power tools

Basic demolition and strip-out works

Site preparation and material handling

Assisting with framing and fit-out works

Concrete preparation and general construction duties

Helping with deliveries and site organisation

Other general or skilled labouring tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

Current Construction White Card





6 to 12 months of recent Australian construction experience

Confidence in using hand and power tools is highly regarded

Reliable means of transport to get to work A robust work ethic and ability to follow site instructions

Availability for short or long-term assignments
