Operating as an end-to-end product partner, the business supports customers across product development, sourcing and outsourced manufacturing, warehousing, online ordering and distribution. The company has established a strong position in its market through its ability to respond quickly to customer needs, deliver tailored solutions and provide a high level of value-added service.

Your New Role

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic direction and operational execution. You will lead functional areas across sales, finance and warehouse operations, with responsibility for improving performance, efficiency and scalability as the business continues to grow. You will drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, strengthen internal capability, and ensure the business remains a trusted partner to its customers while delivering strong commercial outcomes.

A key focus will be enhancing the business's supply chain, logistics and distribution capability, including implementing improved warehouse systems, optimising inventory management and fulfilment processes,



and overseeing the transition into a new warehouse facility.

What you will need to succeed

This role would suit an ambitious, up-and-coming leader looking for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and build a long-term legacy within a growing business. You will bring cross-functional leadership experience spanning sales, finance and operations, ideally within a consumer products, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing or similarly product-led environment.

Experience within a privately held or founder-led business will be highly regarded, as will hands-on exposure to warehousing, supply chain and distribution operations. Candidates currently operating in middle-management or functional leadership roles within larger organisations who are ready to step into a broader business leadership position will also be considered. The successful applicant will have the prospect to earn equity in the business after 12 months, subject to performance.
