Grader Operator

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Grader Operator for immediate, ongoing work on a busy civil project in Wetherill Park. This position offers consistent long-term hours with a direct pathway into a permanent role for the right candidate.

What’s on Offer:

- Rate: $65.00 per hour + penalty overtime rates
- Superannuation + daily travel allowance
- Ongoing work with a strong outlook for permanent conversion
- 7:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday (plus available overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate graders safely and efficiently across all aspects of civil works

- Final trim and GPS
- Conduct daily pre-start plant inspections and equipment checks
- Adhere strictly to site safety, workplace requirements, and company policies

Requirements:

- Valid Grader Ticket (RIIMPO310F or equivalent VOC)
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Proven, extensive experience operating graders in a civil construction environment
- Strong proficiency in GPS tracking and final trim detail (highly preferred)
- Absolute commitment to workplace safety and a solid safety-first attitude
