Reporting to the Group Company Secretary & Head of Legal, this senior role provides governance and company secretarial services to the Boards and Committees, including subsidiaries, with direct exposure to Directors and senior executives.

The role covers Board/Committee governance, ASX requirements, AGM support, statutory and subsidiary governance,
