Registered Midwife – Nepean Private Hospital

Location: Northern Beaches – The Special Care Nursery (SCN)

Contract: Casual, Part‑time, Full‑time and Permanent opportunities

Duration: 27 May – 31 December

Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence based midwifery care
- Work collaboratively within the multi‑disciplinary team
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Ensure patient and staff safety

Requirements

- Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA
- Clinical skills and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service
- Minimum 1 year of post graduate Midwifery experience
- Commitment to secure practice and quality patient care
- Understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service standards




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
- Skilled manner at all times

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $40.26 – $56.54 per hour (based on experience) with Superannuation.
