Brisbane Gateway Resort is looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team.
About the Chance
We are seeking a motivated, well-presented, proactive person with an engaging personality, who enjoys providing great service, to join our front office team on a long-term basis.
You will act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.
The role involves reservations, check-in and reception functions related to guests and tenants of the resort, together with assisting in management and administrative functions.
This outstanding opportunity requires a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills; strong computer, organisational and time management skills; working independently within a small team; excellent attention to detail; and a pride in your role and the service you deliver.
Qualifications To be considered suitable for this position, you must
- have a demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service in the areas of reservations, check-ins and customer service in the accommodation industry;
- be proficient in the use of reservation software systems;
- be an effective communicator, able to deal with people at all levels with professionalism, courtesy, tact and understanding;
- maintain a polished and professional presentation, reflecting the values and standards of the organisation;
- be available to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday and public holidays;
- have permanent work rights within Australia, with no restrictions, at the time of applying.
