YMCA Gainsborough Outside School Hours Care is seeking a capable Assistant Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term part‑time basis until October 2026 (maternity leave cover). You’ll support the Coordinator with day‑to‑day operations, lead programming, and guide a passionate team in delivering secure, fun, and enriching care for children.
