T Muso & Co are looking for 3 people to fill the following role:

- Harvest Workers (Supervisors)

These full-time positions will look to commence in December 2026 and will be located at our farm in Port Gawler, SA, where we produce premium quality vegetables, including lettuce, cauliflowers, broccoli and cabbages.

Key responsibilities for these positions will include:

- Supervising a small team of workers while they carry out general crop management (including planting, harvesting, picking and packing of various vegetables),
- Liaising with management, to receive daily tasks and feedback and ensuring the crew receive the necessary information and carry out required tasks etc,
- Scheduling of rosters, and
- Other duties and general labour, as required.

Requirements of the role

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to take initiative




- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to be on your feet, standing for long periods of time, and walking long distances,
- Working in various conditions (hot humid through to cold weather).

Successful applicants will be employed in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028). They will be working a 38-hour week, paid an hourly rate, and must be available Monday to Friday; however, weekend work may be occasionally offered/required.
