The Role

15 horticulture workers are required starting January 2027 up to nine months across properties in Billimari, NSW. Workers must be available to work Monday to Saturday between 6am to 2pm, though this may change from time to time. Hours of work will vary daily with the demands, averaging 30 hours per week.

Wages will be paid under the Horticulture Award 2020 at Level 1 casual hourly rate of $32.18. This work is mainly outdoors in various weather conditions and involves picking, packing and cultivating of watermelons, pumpkins and other vegetables from time to time as well as general maintenance on the farm.

About you / Criteria The ideal candidates should have:

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability and ability to stay for the entire duration
- Ability to work flexible hours as rosters will vary.




- A reliable positive attitude toward work with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Be physically fit and self-motivated as you may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Full working rights for Australia.
- Have a driver’s licence and reliable transport.
