Casual Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture Labourer

Location: Toowoomba, QLD

We are a well-established Toowoomba-based vegetation management and grounds maintenance business looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join us on a casual basis for the upcoming season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

About the Role

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Operating zero-turn mowers and tractors with slashers

- Brush cutting and line trimming

- General garden maintenance

- Hedging and pruning

- Weed control using quik spray units

- Mulching

- Maintaining parks, commercial properties, and client sites throughout the Toowoomba region

Essential Requirements

- Australian citizen (required for this position)

- Current manual driver's licence (Class C)

- White Card

- Minimum 12 months' experience operating zero-turn mowers and commercial grounds maintenance equipment

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work

- Able to work independently when required

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Desirable

- MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence

- Horticulture or landscaping experience
