Hospitality Stocktaker / Assistant Auditor ? Sculpture Hospitality – Melbourne

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Hospitality Stocktaker to join our growing team. In this role, you'll travel to various venues to conduct professional stocktakes and support our Client Audit Managers and clients in maintaining accurate, efficient inventory systems.

About the Role:

As a Hospitality Stocktaker, you'll work across a diverse range of hospitality venues—from bars and restaurants to hotels, event spaces and nightclubs. Your primary responsibility is to accurately count, assess, and report on beverage stock performance, helping our clients improve control, reduce waste, and increase profitability. Early morning starts and some heavy lifting required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular inventory stocktakes across client venues
- Accurately count and record beverage and bar inventory
- Identify and report on variances, wastage, and stock discrepancies




- Liaise directly with venue managers and stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

- Proven hospitality experience—especially in stock control, bartending and management
- Strong product knowledge
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and time management
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional client-facing approach
- Willingness to travel between venues (own transport is a plus)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, generally Monday to Thursday
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia
