About the Role We have several opportunities available for people who enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment. Whether you're experienced in hospitality, gaming or customer service, or looking to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Our team works across multiple departments to ensure a secure, engaging and welcoming experience for all members and guests.

Our club can be fast-paced, particularly on weekend nights, so confidence, initiative and the ability to remain calm during busy periods are essential.

You'll also need to be comfortable being on your feet, standing, walking the floor and completing light lifting as part of your daily duties.

We're looking for people who notice the little things,



remember our regulars by name and bring a positive, confident attitude to every shift.

- Uphold RSA and RSG requirements at all times.
- Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and care.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Support teammates and contribute to the overall success of the venue.
- Assist across departments and adapt to the changing needs of the club.

Gaming applicants: Must be over 18 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in gaming venues, including hands-on TAB experience. ✅ Must-Haves

- RSA and RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work a variety of shifts (including school hours)
- Comfortable with busy service periods, standing/walking, and light physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
