We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administratorto provide qualified support and maintain systems and practices that ensures our company adheres to legal, safety, environmental, and quality standards. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement at Austral Construction.

Based in the Perth office you will report to the National HSEQ Manager and the HSE Superintendent or the Relevant Project Managers when on site. This position is responsible for all HSE related matters.

Responsibilities will include:

- Analysing HSEQ data to monitor trends and provide reports as required,
- Monitoring EcoOnline incident reporting system to ensure incidents are appropriately reported, investigated and closed out,
- Monitoring Corrective Action Register for timely close out of actions and liaise with site-based HSE Advisors to ensure they are following up their respective project teams,
- Implementing HSE improvement projects in collaboration with our operational personnel,
- Monitoring and communicating changes in health,



safety and environmental legislation as well as assessing the impact to IMS documentation,
- Participate in regular HSE meetings with HSE Team to discuss HSE concerns and actions,
- Collate project monthly reports for presentation to SLT and project teams,
- Review HSE systems and implement lessons learned and best practice,
- Preparation of Toolbox material, HSE presentations and workshops,
- Assist with HSEQ deliverables for tenders,
- Assist in the development of site specific HSEPs and other project mobilisation deliverables,
- Undertake HSEQ system and legal compliance audits and assist with other internal and external auditing,
- Auditing of training management system to determine HSE training compliance.

Position requirements:

- Cert IV WHS or University Degree in HSE,
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, standards, and best practices,
- Experience with management systems (ISO standards, risk assessments, and safety procedures).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data evaluation and corrective action planning.
- Microsoft Office suite of programs and PDF editing.
- Demonstrated practical experience within a Civil Mining Construction environment,
- Experience with Pronto or similar ERP is desired though not essential.
