Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure

HRSD modules

, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

- Configure

HR workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and notifications

.

- Build and enhance

HR Service Catalogs, Record Producers, HR templates, and employee-facing experiences

.

- Develop integrations with enterprise HR systems using

REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where applicable.

- Support HRSD enhancements, defect resolution, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.

- Work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards,



and coding guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in

ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration

.

- Strong knowledge of

JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ACLs, and ServiceNow scripting

.

- Understanding of

HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events

.

- Experience with

ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs

.

- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred:

ServiceNow

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

and/or relevant

HRSD implementation certification
