CBRE is seeking a motivated and experienced Qualified HVAC Technician to join our team working on a Rio Tinto site at Cape Lambert.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team on an attractive 8 days on / 6 days off FIFO roster, maintaining critical plant, essential services and site infrastructure.
You will be working across a diverse range of HVAC equipment and building services, playing an significant role in ensuring the reliability, performance and ongoing operation of critical site infrastructure.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised HVAC trade qualification.
- Relevant and current Western Australian licences and refrigerant handling authorisations required to perform HVAC work.
- Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of HVAC systems.
- Experience working with commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A reliable, proactive approach with pride in delivering quality workmanship.
