Rigby is software for drilling contractors. It manages warehouse stock and finance operations across the rig yard and the office.
We're looking for someone who's worked on or around a mine or drill site and has already fixed something there with tech. Maybe you built a pre-start form in SharePoint, moved stock counts onto a tablet, or became the go-to person when a new system rolled out. Or you've been in implementation, customer success or support at a mining tech company, and you want to get closer to the crews who use the software and help shape a product from the start.
What you'll do
- Join our founder on customer sites to learn how crews, workshops and stores really run.
- Turn what you see into clear requirements and easy process maps.
- Test new features before customers get them,
and log what breaks.
- Help customers get set up and keep them happy.
- Learn product tools along the way, like Linear, Figma-style prototypes and AI tools.
About you
- 2 to 5 years in a mining or drilling site admin, maintenance admin, planning, stores or customer support role, or in implementation or customer success at a mining tech company.
- Familiar or heard of systems like Mex, Safety Culture, Pronto, SAP or INX, SharePoint, Forms or Power Apps, or with mining software.
- Based in Perth, with a licence and able to get to sites.
