Rugby World Cup Australia (RWCA) is delivering the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027. RWCA is seeking a Tournament Guest & Protocol (TGP) Coordinator to help plan and deliver the TGP programme for dignitaries, government representatives, rugby stakeholders and VIP guests.

Based in Sydney, you will work with World Rugby and tournament teams to manage invitations, travel, accommodation, arrivals and departures, communications, ticketing and the match-day experience, including seating plans and venue
