APM is seeking a People Business Intelligence Analyst to join the People Analytics team. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models, while developing scalable data structures and ETL processes to support global workforce insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in data analytics or BI, robust Power BI/DAX skills, SQL and data warehousing experience, and a knack for translating requirements into actionable insights.
