Sugar and Spice Restaurant Pty Ltd in Preston, VIC, is seeking a full time qualified Chef to join the team. The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and/or Diploma in Hospitality Management and at least one year of work experience.

You will prepare meals, design menus with management based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients, manage portions and costs, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure food safety, quality, and presentation during peak service times.
