TriCab is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Queensland team at Yatala.

About the Role
Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you'll play an important role supporting our customers and sales team.
You'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customers receive the service and support they expect.
It's a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Prepare quotations and proactively follow up sales opportunities.
- Process customer orders and sales administration accurately.
- Coordinate stock availability, production, lead times and deliveries.
- Keep customers informed and resolve issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Support the Queensland sales team with administration and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and sales performance.
About You You're organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to deliver great outcomes.
